i actually had high hopes for this team but they have not impressed me this preseason.. i think they start around 3-5 -- maybe 4-4.. they should improve as the year goes along, im thinking 10-6 at most and probably (8-8 or 9-7). they are going to live and die with Vick.. i dont think they can take the division -- carolina is too good but they could contend for a wild card,,,, ill say 9-7 and just miss the playoffs..

defense will struggle early, but improve... offense could explode but i havent seen it, in the preseason.....

titans are going to be good, very good.. watch for tyrone calico to have a breakout season..

FWIW - The Falcons have an easy schedule early on. After opening on the west coast against the potentially horrid 49ers (9/12), the Falcons will have four of their next five at home, including games with perennial cellar-dwellers Arizona (9/26), Detroit (10/10), and San Diego (10/17).

Sep 12 @San Francisco 4:15pm
Sep 19 St. Louis 1:00pm
Sep 26 Arizona 1:00pm
Oct 3 @Carolina 4:05pm
Oct 10 Detroit 1:00pm
Oct 17 San Diego 1:00pm

The Falcons could find themselves at 5-1 on the night of October 17th.
